摘　　要：本校形态学实验室经过几年的建设,在规模上能够满足形态学实验教学的需要,在人员配备上,对实验技术人员的职责和素质方面提出了更高的要求,同时建立了规范的仪器设备管理制度和完善的管理体系,能最大程度地做到资源共享,形态学实验室充分发挥了在实验教学中的重要作用。Under several years of building, the morphology lab in our school could meet the need of morphology teaching in consideration of scale. We enhanced the requirement of responsibility and moral of our technicians and built a standard and sound instrument and people management system which can share resources to the maximum degree. Morphology lab has well played its important role in experiment teaching.
