肺结核患者的门诊处方点评分析

摘　　要：目的监测与评价肺结核患者门诊处方，提高处方质量。方法随机抽查本院2011年1—12月门诊患者处方，对处方书写的规范性及药物临床使用的适宜性进行评价。结果3089张处方中不合理处方363张，占抽查处方的11．75％，其中不规范处方216张（59．5％），用药不适宜处方141张（38．8％），超常处方6张（1．65％）。结论本院的门诊处方存在许多不合理现象。应加强本院医务人员对处方重要性的认识，加强合理用药知识的培训，加强医师对药物知识的全面了解，促进临床用药安全、有效、经济。Objective To monitor and evaluate the outpatient prescription for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and improve the quality of prescription. Methods The outpatient prescription in our hospital from January to Decemberin 2011 were rondomly checked, the normalization of prescription writing and suitability of clinical drug use were evaluated. Results Among 3 089 prescriptions, there were 363 pieces of irrational prescriptions, with the rate of 11.75%in the prescription, in which not standarded prescription were 216 pieces （59.5%）, prescriptions of not suitable for medication were 141 pieces （38.8%）, super prescriptions were 6 pieces （1.65%）. Conclusion There are many unrea-sonable phenomenon in outpatient prescription in our hospital. It should strengthen the awareness of the importance of prescription for medical staff in our hospital, strengthen the training of knowledge of rational drug use, strengthen thephysician on the medication knowledge with a comprehensive understanding, and promote the clinical medication with safety, effective, economic.
