紫杉醇联合氟尿嘧啶、顺铂治疗晚期胃癌临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨紫杉醇联合氟尿嘧啶、顺铂治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选取2010年5月～2012年5月本院收治的晚期胃癌患者共134例,分成治疗组和对照组,各67例,治疗组采用紫杉醇联合氟尿嘧啶、顺铂治疗,对照组采用氟尿嘧啶和顺铂治疗。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为59.70%(40/67),91.04%(61/67);对照组显效率和总有效率分别为40.30%(27/67),68.66%(46/67),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合氟尿嘧啶、顺铂治疗晚期胃癌能够明显改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the curative effect of advanced gastric cancer treated with Paclitaxel, Fluorouracil and Cisplatin. Methods One hundred and thirty-four patients with advanced gastric cancer was divided in two groups. The treatment group was given Paclitaxel plus Fluorouracil, Cisplatin treatment, the control group was given Fluo- rouracil plus Cisplatin treatment. Results The obvious effective rate and the total effective rate of treatment group were 59.70%（40/67） and 91.04%（61/67） respectively; the obvious effective rate and the total effective rate of control group were 40.30%（27/67） and 68.66%（46/67） respectively, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with Fluorouraeil and Cisplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer can sig- nificantly improve the patients＂ clinical symptoms and improve their quality of life.
