摘　　要：目的探讨口内切口内窥镜直视下下颌角缩小整形术的临床效果。方法本院2006年9月～2010年9月行口内切口内窥镜直视下下颌角缩小整形术250例,探讨其手术方法及整形效果。结果所有患者对整形结果均比较满意。结论口内切口内窥镜直视下下颌角缩小整形术临床效果满意,体表不留任何手术痕迹,整形准确对称,手术安全可靠,下颌角弧度自然完美,面部正面完整缩小,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of mandibular angle narrow orthopaedics with intraoral incision under endoscope. Methods Two hundred and fifty cases of patients who were given mandibular sngle narrow or- thopaedics surgery with intraoral incision under endoscope in our hospital from September 2006 to September 2010 were selected, the surgical methods and shaping effect were observed. Results All the patients were quite satisfactory with shaping results. Conclusion Clinical effect of mandibular angle narrow orthopaedics with intraoral incision under endoscope is satisfactory, body surface without leaving any traces of surgery, plastic is accurate symmetry, the surgery is safe and reliable, the curvature of mandibular angle is naturally perfect, facial frontage is completely narrow, so it should be widely applied.
