摘　　要：目的了解妇科恶性肿瘤中的淋巴解剖对于妇科癌症的重要意义,并且通过对其进行研究了解妇科恶性肿瘤的一些发展情况。方法选择对2009年1月～2011年12月我院收治的妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后进行淋巴解剖,了解其淋巴解剖情况,并进行研究,比较妇科恶性肿瘤切除淋巴结数目与淋巴结转移阳性率的关系。结果淋巴结数目与淋巴结转移的阳性率呈明显正相关(r=2.354)。结论宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌和卵巢恶性肿瘤是危害妇女健康与生命的恶性肿瘤,而且淋巴结转移是影响患者预后的重要因素之一。Objective To understand the important significance of lymphatic anatomy in gynecology malignant tumor for gynecological cancer, and to know its development through the study on gynecological malignancy. Methods Gy- necology malignant tumor patients with lymphatic anatomy operation were chosen from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2011 in our hospital, to understand the situation of lymphatic anatomy, and did the research, the positiye relations of gynecological malignant tumor resection lymph node number and lymph node metastasis were compared. Results The gynecological malignant tumor resection lymph node number had closely positive with lymph node metastasis （r = 2.354）. Conclusion Cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian tumor are harm to women＇s health and life in malignant tumor, and lymph node metastasis is one of the most important factors to influence the prognosis of patients.
