摘　　要：卵巢癌在女性妇科肿瘤中致死率占首位,但其发病隐匿导致早期诊断困难。随着国内外研究的不断深入,人附睾分泌蛋白4(human epididymis secretory protein 4,HE4)在诊断早期卵巢癌方面的价值也越来越受到普遍关注。本文就此方面做一综述。Ovarian cancer is the primary cause of cancer deaths among women with gynecological tumor. But the incidence of occult lead to early diagnosis difficult. With the constant development of domestic and foreign research, the value of HE4 is paid more and more attention in early diagnosis of ovarian cancer. This article makes a summary on these.
