南宁市大学生隐形眼镜配戴行为的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解南宁市大学生隐形眼镜配戴行为的相关情况。方法对南宁市5所高校1116名大学生进行无记名问卷调查,对其中195名大学生隐形眼镜配戴者进行进一步调查。结果大学生配戴者的配戴情况不容乐观,行为得优率仅为27.69%,其中女生组得优率高于男生组(P<0.05),高职组得优率高于本科组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论大学生隐形眼镜的使用率高于一般人群,但是在使用隐形眼镜时配戴行为正确率却不高,这会使隐形眼镜配戴后并发症发生的几率升高,甚至导致严重并发症的发生,因此,在隐形眼镜使用率较高的高校,应提醒学生注意正确使用隐形眼镜,以减少或避免并发症的发生。Objective To find out the wear behaviors of soft contact lens of university students in Nanning. Methods Make a secret questionnaire investigation to 1116 students in the college in Nanning , then we will do a further investigation for 195 students wearing soft contact lens. Results The soft contact lens wear compliance of university students is unsatisfactory, the average superior rate is only 27.69%, Girls had significantly higher than the group of boys （P〈0.05）, Junior college students were higher than undergraduates （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The utilization rate of contact lenses in university students is higher than the average crowd, but the wear compliance is not high. It will rise the incidence rate of soft contact lenses complications, or even lead to serious complications. Therefore, the school with high usage rate of soft contact lenses should enlarge the dynamics to the students to pay attention to wear soft contact lenses and use it correctly, in order to reduce or avoid complications occur.
