胆囊癌的CT诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:观察CT对胆囊癌的临床诊断效果分析。方法:回顾性分析28例经手术以及病理证实胆管癌患者的CT影像学和临床资料。结果:胆囊癌患者的CT检查可见明显改变,以胆囊壁增厚、胆囊区肿块、胆囊内软组织块影、肝内外胆管扩张、肝脏和以十二指肠受侵犯等表现多见。结论:CT检查诊断正确率高,有利于早期诊断,同时是胆囊癌分期及预后评估的重要依据,对胆囊癌的诊断具有重要意义,Objective：To observe the CT on gallbladder cancer clinical diagnosis analysis.Methods：a retrospective analysis of 28 cases of bile duct carcinoma by operation and pathology of CT imaging and clinical data.Results：of gallbladder in patients with cT showed significantly altered,with gallbladder wall thickening,gallbladder,gallbladder tumor in soft tissue mass,intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct dilatation,hepatic and duodenal invasion,see more.Conclusion：CT scan in the diagnosis of high correct rate,facilitates the early diagnosis,at the same time is gallbladder cancer staging and prognostic evaluation of important basis,on gallbladder cancer diagnosis has important significance.
