多种指标联合检测对溃疡性结肠炎的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的探讨联合检测患者C反应蛋白、血小板参数、中性粒细胞参数及乳酸脱氢酶对溃疡性结肠炎患者病情及预后的评估价值,提高对疾病诊治的水平。方法回顾性分析2002年1月至2012年7月在大连大学附属中山医院消化内科住院治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者60例。结果 UC活动期患者CRP、血小板参数、中性粒细胞参数及乳酸脱氢酶水平均明显高于缓解期,随着疾病病变范围以及严重程度的增大,患者四项水平均呈明显上升趋势。结论综合考虑C反应蛋白、血小板参数、中性粒细胞参数及乳酸脱氢酶的变化,能够及时反映疾病的活动度及严重程度。对UC病情的预测及预后判断更有价值。Objective To explore joint for the detection of patients with C-reactive protein,platelet parameters,neutrophils parameters and lactate dehydrogenase for ulcerative colitis patients condition and prognosis evaluation value,improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of ulcerative colitis patients,from January 2002 to July 2012,treated in digestion Department of internal medicine of Zhongshan hospital affiliated to dalian university.Results The active UC,the stage of CRP,platelet,neutrophil parameters and lactate dehydrogenase levels were significantly higher than those in remission period.As the disease extent and severity in patients with increased levels of four,showed an increasing tendency.Conclusion Considering the C-reactive protein,platelet,neutrophil parameters and the change of lactic acid dehydrogenase,able to timely reflect disease activity and severity on UC prognosis and prognostic value.
