摘　　要：首先阐述了顾客需求切入点定位对MTS、ATO、MTO、ETO四种生产方式的成本和定制水平的影响,并从成本与定制水平的角度分析了刚性供应链、模块化供应链、延迟供应链、柔性供应链四种供应链类型。然后,重点分析了生产方式与供应链之间的对应关系,在考虑成本和定制水平的基础上提出了生产方式与供应链类型的匹配模型,并进行了案例分析。In this paper, we first elaborated on the influence of the customer order decoupling point on the cost and customization of the four means of production which were MTS, ATO, MTO and ETO. Then from the perspective of cost and customization level, we analyzed the four models of supply chain which were rigid supply chain, modular supply chain, deferred supply chain and flexible supply chain. Finally, in a case study, we focused on the relations between means of production and supply chain and on the basis of the consideration of cost and customization level, proposed the model of the matchmaking between the two.
