摘　　要：简述了第三方物流经营人的概念及其所承担的法律责任,并通过对第三方物流经营人法律风险的分析,指出其防范措施,为不断完善物流法制环境提供一些建议。In this paper, we introduced the concept of the third party logistics operator and the legal responsibility it carried and, through analyzing the legal risks exposed to the third party logistics operators, pointed out the measures for the prevention of the risks and provided several suggestions to continually improve the logistics legal environment.
