摘　　要：针对中小物流企业的信息化问题,引入云计算理念与技术,提出了一种区域性的云服务系统,帮助提高中小物流企业内部信息传送、财务、业务受理、货物管理等日常运营工作中的信息资源利用效率。对中小物流企业云服务系统的服务模式、功能结构等方面进行了初步设计,提出中小物流企业云服务系统的要领结构,在此基础上给出其服务模式。最后,以西安中小物流企业为对象,给出了云服务系统的功能设计。In this paper, in view of the problem of informatization of small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises, we introduced the concept and technology of the cloud computation and proposed a cloud service system based on regionality to help improve the efficiency of the utility of information resources in the daily operation of these enterprises, such as internal information communication, finance, business reception and cargo management, etc. Then we designed tentatively the service mode and functional structure of the cloud service system, proposed the conceptual structure of the system, and, on such basis, presented its service mode. In the end, with the SMS logistics enterprises in Xi＇an as the subject, we presented the procedure of functional design of the cloud service system intended for them.
