摘　　要：我国高等教育已经进入了大众化地发展阶段,随着留学生人数的逐年增多,高校的学生事务管理要适应全球化和多元文化教育的影响。弥补现在的学生事务管理的不足,加强学生事务管理专业化建设,和树立以学生为本、促进学生学习和多元文化教育共同发展。National higher education has entered a popularity development stage, with the number of intemational students has increased every year, the university＇s student affairs management to adapt to the impact of globalization and multicultural education. Make up for the lack of student affairs administration, strengthen student affairs administration specialization, and establish student-centered, and promote common development of students＇ learning and multicultural education.
