摘　　要：大学是社会文化发展的产物,承担着传承、发展、创新的文化使命,大学教育本身就是一种创造、适应、传承文化的过程。制度文化作为学校与社会之间,学校与政府之间,及学校内部各要素之间关系的反映,在大学教育中的影响有着独特和不可替代的作用。在当今社会,大学普遍重视对物质文化和精神文化的建设,而对制度文化的关注则相对显得薄弱。本文从制度文化建设视角出发,旨在丰富大学文化建设理论,探索解决之道。The university is a product of the social and cultural development, and bear the heritage, the development of in- novative cultural mission, the University itself is a creation, adaptation, the process of transmitting culture. Institutional cul- ture as between school and society, the relationship between the school and the government, and school internal elements re- flect the impact of university education has a unique and irreplaceable role. In today＇s society, the University of universal im- portance of material culture and spiritual culture construction and attention to the institutional culture is relatively weak. From the perspective of institutional culture, aimed to rich cultural construction theory, and explore the solution.
