创优护理拓展糖尿病责任制宣教的效果及体会

摘　　要：目的探讨实行责任制护理后糖尿病宣教的多样化。方法成立责任制护理小组,确立宣教目标,制订灵活有效的宣教内容。结果自2010年6月～2011年9月实行责任制护理后全科护士为375名糖尿病患者实施多重性宣教,带动了病人学习相关知识的兴趣,促进了护患沟通。结论责任制护理结合多样化的宣教拓展了糖尿病人的宣教效果,提高了糖尿病病人自我护理能力,提升了生活质量。Objective To investigate the diversification of Diabetes missionary after the implementation of responsibility system care. Methods set up care team accountability, establish the mission objectives, develop flexi- ble and effective missionary content. Results Since May,2010 when we started the implementation of responsibility system care, all nurses have implemented multiple missionary- for 625 Diabetes patients, led patients to interest in learning the related knowledge, and promote the nurse - patient communication. Conclusion responsibility system care with a variety of missionary expand the effect of Diabetes missionary, and improve patients＇ self- care ability and the quality of their lives.
