中医治疗酒精性股骨头坏死临床研究的思考与展望——酒精性股骨头坏死遗传易感性与中医证候的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药治疗酒精性股骨头坏死的优势及发展前景。方法:分析酒精性股骨头坏死发病的病因、机制,探讨酒精性股骨头坏死遗传易感性与中医证候的关系。结果:为对高危人群进行预测,对亚临床期及塌陷前患者作出诊断,为进一步提高中医辨证的精确化、客观化、规范化,以及提高中医药防治本病的水平,从遗传学角度探讨股骨头坏死对酒精敏感性的关联,揭示非创伤性股骨头坏死的病理变化,寻找酒精敏感性的个体差异,是一件很有意义的工作。结论:通过观察个体差异及遗传因素对酒精的敏感性,探讨个体遗传对酒精敏感性与中医辨证分型的相关性,为高危人群的确立,为亚临床期、塌陷前期的诊断以及进一步提高中医辨证治疗的疗效有着广阔的前景,值得进一步深入研究。Objective： To investigate the advantages and prospect of TCM therapy in treating alcoholic femoral head necrosis. Methods： The etiological factors and mechanism of alcoholic femoral head necrosis were analyzed, and the relationship between the hereditary susceptibility and TCM syndromes of alcoholic femoral head necrosis was investigated. Results： Much research work and accomplishments were achieved in the relationship between the hereditary susceptibility and TCM syndromes of alcoholic femoral head necrosis. Conclusion： Study on the relationship between the hereditary susceptibility and TCM syndromes of alcoholic femoral head necrosis had a wide prospect, worth further researches.
