摘　　要：广播电视事业飞速发展,对播音主持人才素质提出全新要求,高校的播音主持专业教育教学内容与范式亟需改革.招生中专业考试要增强内在素养的考察;教学内容要增加或增强文化课程和新闻传播课程的分量,要强化内在思维品质的训练;高年级要根据学生个性特长因材施教,突出其优势培养;要创设有利于个性培养的教育管理机制,为学生的个性化成长提供条件;还要千方百计为学生的专业成长创设实践条件与机会.With the rapid development of the radio and television industry, new requirements of the announcers＇ quality are being put forward. For this reason, the teaching contents and models in university broadcasting and hosting education are in urgent need of reform. First, when recruiting students, universities should strengthen the examination of the students＇ quality. Second, in teaching, they should add more culture course such as news communication course and strengthen the training of thinking quality; for senior students, teaching should be in accordance with their aptitude and highlight the cultivation of ad- vantages. In addition, they should construct education mechanism conducive to personality cultivation to provide conditions for the students＇ individual growth. Finally, they should try every means to create practice opportunities for the students＇ pro- fessional development.
