摘　　要：环境效益转移法是近几十年来一种新兴的环境经济评估方法。该方法可以基于已有的某地的环境经济信息,利用一定的转移手段获取新的类似环境产品及服务的评估结果。文章略述了环境效益转移法在环境政策制定中的主要作用及该方法的科学发展动态,就环境效益转移的基本转移手段、方法、总体优点及局限进行了阐述,最后探讨了该方法未来的研究方向。Benefits transfer （BT） is an innovative method in environmental evaluation in recent decades. It is a me thod for taking value estimates from original studies, and adjusting them for use in some new and similar context. The paper reviews the latest developments in transfer techniques for valuing environmental goods and services, as well as summary for basic methods, economic principles, advantages and limitations in application. Finally, it identifies some possible areas for future research.
