摘　　要：原发性肝癌或肝细胞癌(HCC)是目前世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率高,预后较差。白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,Res)是一种多效的植物抗毒素,对肿瘤具有一定的防治作用。研究证实Res可以通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、阻滞细胞周期、介导体液免疫应答、调节细胞因子分泌、拮抗肿瘤血管生成影响肿瘤的发生过程。本文就以上内容做一简要综述。primary liver cancer or nepato~ ty is high and the prognosis is poor. Resveratrol is a pleiotropic phytoalexin, which has a certain role in the prevention and treatment of the tumor. Res can through induced tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting tumor ceil proliferation, block the cell cycle, mediated humoral immune response, regulation of the cytokine secretion, antagonism influence tumor anglo- genesis of tumor generating process. This article make a brief overview on Res for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer.
