摘 要:microRNA是一种内源性的大小在20 nt左右的一类非编码RNAs,其通过下调靶基因的表达或翻译而参与调节细胞的发育、增殖、分化、凋亡。近期研究发现microRNA具有癌基因和抑癌基因的作用,已发现miR-21,miR-200c,miR-205,MiR-125b,miR-194等与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、侵袭及转移相关,miRNA-200家族则参与子宫内膜癌的耐药机制。对其相应的调控机制和靶基因PTEN,TP53INP1,BMI-1,AP-2α等的研究也已有了一些进展,为子宫内膜癌的研究开辟了一条新途径。本文就子宫内膜癌相关Micro RNA的研究进展予以综述。microRNA are endogenous non-coding RNAs about 20 nt that can play important regulatory roles in de- velopment,proliferation, diferentiation and apoptosis with respect to cells by negatively controlling expression or trans- lation on target mRNA. Recent studies indicate that microRNA can function as both oncogene and anti-oncogene. miR-21, miR-200c, miR-205, MiR-125b, miR-194 etc, have been demonstrated to be related with tumorigenesis, de- velopment, invasiveness and metastasis, while miR-200 are regarded to be correlated with multidrug resistance in en- dometrial cancer. There are already much advancement in research of the regulatory mechanism and target genes, as PTEN, TP53INP1, BMI-1, AP-2ct and so forth, which might provide a new way in studying endometrial cancer. This article reviewed the research advancement about microRNA in endometrial cancer.
