补肾活血化痰方治疗急性期脑出血卫生经济学评价

摘　　要：目的运用卫生经济学方法评价补肾活血化痰方治疗急性脑出血的经济效益。方法将90例脑出血急性期患者分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。两组患者均给予常规基础治疗,治疗组从早期加用中药补肾活血化痰方口服。观察患者临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度评分(NIHSS),运用卫生经济学方法对成本-效果和敏感度进行评价。结果早期应用补肾活血化痰方的治疗组经济效果优于对照组。结论脑出血患者早期使用补肾活血化痰方能够提高临床疗效,促进患者神经功能缺损恢复,改善患者预后,卫生经济学分析显示,成本-效果比较高。Objective To evaluate the economic benefits of the Bushen Huoxue Huatan Decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage by health economics method. Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into treatment group and control group, each had 45 cases, two groups were given the conventional foundation treatment, the treatment group was given Bushen Huoxue Huatan Decoction from early. The clinical effect, NIHSS score were observed. Cost-effectiveness and sensitivity analysis were evaluated by health economics method. Results Better economic effect was acquired in the early application of the Bushen Huoxue Huatan Decoction of the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion The early application of Bushen Huoxue Huatan Decoction in the cerebral hemorrhage patients can improve the clinical effect, promote the recovery of nerve function defect, improve the prognosis of the patients, and the health economics analysis shows that, the cost-effect ratio is higher.
