摘  要:总结在院校合作过程中高职护理专业学生的管理工作。通过对学生在政治思想、教学、临床实践、日常生活等方面的科学有效管理,使学生在实习期间能较快地适应临床工作,在专业知识、操作技能、沟通能力、职业道德素养方面与同届学生相比优势明显,得到临床护理人员和患者的认可,由此证实了院校合作现已成为培养高职护理人才的重要途径。The management of nursing students in higher vocational institutions during the process is summarized.Through scientific and effective management of the students in political thinking, teaching, clinical practice and every- day life, students can quickly adapt to clinical work during the internship, they has obvious advantage on expertise,operational skills, communication skills, ethical literacy which compared with the same session students. They are rec- ognized by the clinical nurses and patients. This is confirmed that academic cooperation become an important way to cultivate vocational nursing personnel.
