摘  要:目的探讨情景模拟教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床护理教学中的效果。方法将我院2008年3月~2011年3月耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的护理实习生178名随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各89例。观察组采用情境模拟教学法。对照组采用传统讲学法;采用问卷调查、试卷考试及操作技能的方法分析情境模拟教学法与传统讲学法的教学效果。结果观察组实习生的理论知识及实践操作技能测定的平均成绩和对教学方法的评价均明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法能调动护生的主动性和积极性,可增强耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床护理教学的有效性,提高护生的临床实践能力,在临床护理教学中是一种行之有效的教学方法。Objective To explore the effect analysis of scene-simulation teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching of department of otolaryngology and head surgery. Methods 178 cases of nursing students were randomly di- vided into observation group and control group from March 2008 to March 2011 in otolaryngology and head surgery department of our hospital, each group had 89 cases, the observation group was given scene-simulation teaching method, the control group was given traditional teaching method; the effect of scene-simulation teaching method and traditional teaching method were analyzed by questionnaire, papers exam and operating skills. Results In the observa- tion group, the determination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of grade point average and the evaluation of teaching methods were significantly better than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Scene-simulation teaching method can mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of the nursing students, enhance the effectiveness of clini- cal nursing teaching of otolaryngology and head surgery department, and improve the ability of the clinical practice, it is an effective teaching method for clinical nursing teaching.
