摘 要:目的观察外源性神经生长因子负载于明胶海绵并与生物支架材料CERASORB骨粉形成复合体,对兔下颌骨缺损修复的作用。方法成年新西兰兔18只,制备大小为15×8mm2的骨缺损,实验组植入适量的CERASORB骨粉后用NGF明胶海绵覆盖。对照组植入适量的CERASORB骨粉后用滴加等量生理盐水的明胶海绵覆盖。比较组不植入任何材料。分别于术后2周、4周、8周处死6只动物获取标本,行大体观察,影像学观察,并对观察结果进行统计学分析。结果神经生长因子明胶海绵复合CERASORB骨粉修复兔下颌骨缺损修复时间明显短于两组对照组,术后8周得到基本完全的骨修复。结论以明胶海绵为载体的NGF复合CERASORB骨粉支架材料明显促进骨缺损修复,具有良好的生物相容性和可操作性。Objective To observe the effects of NGF with Scaffold materials on promoting new bone formation in repairing mandible defects on artificial bone defect.Methods 15mm×8mm artificial mandible bone defects were made surgically in 18 adult New Zealand rabbits which were randomly divided into NGF group(experimental group),control group and normal group.NGF group was implanted nerve growth factor to bonedefect area by using the gelatin sponge and Scaffold materials,Control group was implantedgelatin sponge and Scaffold materials with out NGF,while Normal group was implanted nothing but artificial mandible bone defects.For result observation is reconstruction of the mandible in different stage after the operation.In 2,4 and 8 weeks after implantation,the new bone formation was investigated by gross examination,X-ray diagnosis,micro CT and histomorphometric analyses.Results The time of NGF with Scaffold materials on repairing rabbit mandible defects was significantly shorter than the other two groups.The bone defect repair was nearly completed in 8 weeks after operation.Conclusion By gelatin sponge as the carrier,Scaffold materials effectively promote the mandible defects with excellent biocompatibility and operability.
