摘　　要：济钢第一炼铁厂通过对职工进行全面、系统的职业道德教育 ,并加强职业道德规范建设 ,提高了职工的文明程度和整体素质 ,使企业形象有了巨大变化 。Through overall and systematical morality education for all staff and workers the professional morality rule has been shaped.Since hard increasing the moral quality of all caders,and continuously deepening professional morality construction the civilized grade and whole quality of all staff and workers and the enterprise image have had immensely change,the condensational force and centripetal froce of enterprise have strengthened.
