摘　　要：目的:调查吉林地区乡镇卫生院护士心理健康的状况及与职业倦怠和人格的关系。方法:采用90项症状自评量表、职业倦怠问卷、艾森克个性问卷等3个量表对372名护士进行调查及相关因素分析。结果:90项症状自评量表、职业倦怠问卷与常模比较具有显著性差异;90项症状自评量表与职业倦怠问卷、艾森克个性问卷均呈显著性相关;对回归方程的贡献是职业倦怠中的情绪衰竭、去人性化和艾森克个性中的神经质、精神质。结论:乡镇卫生院护士的心理健康水平低于正常人群,职业倦怠较明显;个体心理健康水平与职业倦怠、人格具有显著性相关;心理健康水平低的真正原因是综合性因素,其中人际关系、情绪情感和人格是最主要的影响因素。Objective To investigate the relationship of the nurses mental health and job burnout and personality in the township health centers of Jinlin. Methods Investigation and analysis was conducted of correlative factors of 372 nurses by three scales： Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）, Maslach Burnout Inventory （MBI）, and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）. ResultsThere was statistically significant difference between factors of SCL-90, MBI and the norm. There was significant correlation on factors of MBI,EPQ as compared with factors of SCL-90. Contributions for regression equation were emotional exhaustion, depersonalization of MBI and the neuroticism and psychoticism of EPQ. Conclusions The nurses working at township health centers have poor mental health which is lower than that of common population. Job burnout is obvious in the nurses. There is significant correlation between mental health and job burnout and personality. Real reasons for low levels of mental health are comprehensive factors among which inter- personal relationships, emotions and personalities are the most important impact factors.
