摘  要:目的:了解VP的耐药性,发现流行优势型,为追溯病原和治疗提供依据。方法:VP分离海产品采用筛检方法,病人采用GB方法;用诊断血清进行血清分型,用PFGF进行基因分型;用K-B法进行耐药性测定。结果:1040株VP分为10个血清型,分型率为94.64%,海产品VP的流行优势型为0:6群和0:5群,病人VP为0:3群;VP对氨苄西林耐药率较高,达92.64%,未检出多重耐药菌;按PFGE带型变化病人VP分为12型,海产品VP为29型,1型为流行优势型。结论:宁波地区海产品VP的血清型和PFGE型较分散,病人VP则反之,流行优势株上两者有明显差别,提示我们可用血清和PFGE分型,对其追踪与溯源;VP对青霉素类耐药性较高,是否与养殖广泛使用有关需进一步探讨。Objective:To investigate the popular advantage and drug resistance of Vibro parahaemolyticus and provide the basis for back of pathogen and treatment.Methods: Vibrio parahaemolyticus(VP) was separated from seafood with screening method,while those from patients were separated by GB.Serotyping,genotyping and drug resistance determination were carried out by diagnostic sera,PFGE and K-B method respectively.Results: 1040 VP strains were divided into 10 serotypes,and typing rate was 94.64%,the popular advantage from seafood were 0:6 group and 0:5 group,0:3 group of patients;the drug resistance rate to ampicillin was up to 92.64%,multiple-drug resistance was not found;PFGE typing showed the strains from patients were divided into 12 genotypes,from seafood were divided into 29 genotypes,typeⅠwas the popular advantage.Conclusion: The serotypes and genotypes of VP strains were more decentralized from seafood,but those from patients were on the contrary,popular advantage on the strain of the two were different significantly,indicating serum and genotype can be used for their tracking and tracing;the resistance to penicillin whether to be related to the extensive use of culture is for further discussion.
