摘  要:目的:建立广式凉茶颗粒中重金属分析方法,调查凉茶颗粒中重金属含量。方法:凉茶颗粒和标准物质用硝酸超声波辅助冷消化后,加过氧化氢加热消解,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱同时测定消解液中As、Cd、Cu、Cr、Hg、Mn、Ni、Pb和Zn。结果:标准物质的测定值与标准值一致。本方法重金属测定相对标准偏差2.7%~7.9%,方法检出限0.3 ng/g~5.75 ng/g。部分凉茶中As、Cd、Pb和Cr含量高于食品安全国家标准和欧美草药食品重金属含量限定值。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,满足凉茶颗粒中重金属质量控制要求。Objective: A method for the determination of heavy metals in Guangdong herbal tea(GHT) by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was developed.Methods: Samples of GHT and certified reference materials were respectively cold digested with HNO3 assisted by ultrasonic wave and then heating digested with H2O2,and finally analyzed the contents of As,Cd,Cu,Cr,Hg,Mn,Ni,Pb and Zn by ICP-MS.Results: Determination values of certified reference material were consistent with standard values.The relative standard deviations of the method ranged from 2.7% to 7.9% for heavy metals,and limits of detection were from 0.3 ng/g to 5.75 ng/g.The contents of As,Cd,Pb and Cr in part of GHT samples were higher than National food safety standard and USA international draft standard.Conclusion: The method is simple,fast and accurate,which can meet the requirements of the quality control of heavy metals in GHT.
