摘 要:目的:建立英蓝渗析离子色谱直接测定饮料中钙的方法。方法:采用Metrosep C 4 150阳离子交换柱,压力7.5 MPa;柱温25℃,流速为1 ml/min,淋洗液为1.7 mmol/L硝酸+0.05 mmol/L2,6-吡啶二羧酸+10%乙腈,非抑制电导法检测。结果:在该色谱条件下,15 min内完成钙的分析;在1 mg/L~5 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);样品峰面积的RSD(n=7)为0.90%~1.39%;加标回收率为97.9%~104.5%。与国标测定方法进行比较,差异无统计学意义(F=0.000044,p>0.5)。结论:该方法适用于饮料中钙的检测。Objective:A quantitative analysis was developed for calcium in drinks using the inline dialysis-IC combined with hydrophobic cation-exchange separation.Methods:The metrosep C 4 150 cation exchange column was used for separation.The pressure was 7.5 MPa.The column temperature was 25℃.The eluent consisted of 1.7 mmol/L nitric acid,0.05 mmol /L 2,6-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid and 10% acetonitrile,and the flow rate was 1 ml/min.Non-suppressed conductivity was used in the detection.Results:The total run time was 15 min.A good linearity(r=0.9999) was obtained in the range of 1 mg/L to 5 mg/L.The RSDs(n=7) of the method were 0.90%~1.39% and the recoveries were 97.9%-104.5%.There was no significant difference between the method and the atomic absorption spectrophotometry(F=0.000044,P0.5).Conclusion:The proposed method is applicable to detection of calcium in drinks.
