摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺错构瘤的超声特点及诊断价值。方法对30例35个经手术病理证实的乳腺错构瘤的二维及彩色多普勒声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果乳腺错构瘤超声诊断符合率57.1%(20/35),误诊12个(34.3%,12/35),漏诊3个(8.6%,3/35)。乳腺错构瘤声像图表现多样,可分为实性(34个)及囊性(1个)。其中64.7%(22/34)实性乳腺错构瘤声像图出现"香肠切片样"征。82.9%(29/35)可探及完整的包膜回声。结论有包膜、"香肠切片样"征是实性乳腺错构瘤的声像图特点,而对于较小的实性乳腺错构瘤及囊性乳腺错构瘤超声诊断存在困难。Objective To explore the ultrasonographic features and diagnostic value for breast hamartomas. Methods Ultrasonographie data of 35 cases with hamartomas in breast confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Compared to pathology, 57.1% （20/35） cases of breast hamartomas were diagnosed correctly by ultrasonography,34.3% （12/35） cases were misdiagnosed and 8.6% （3/35）lesions were missed. According to the sonographic appearance, 35 lesions were divided into two groups： solid lesions（n=34） and cystic lesions（n=l）. Of the 35 lesions, 22 lesions （64.7%） had ＂sausage sample slice＂ sign and 29 lesions （82.9%） had complete envelope echo. Conclusion For solid lesions, ＂sausage sample slice＂ sign and complete envelope echo of the lesion on ultrasonography can help to diagnosis of hamartomas in breast. However, for smaller solid lesions and cystic lesion there is no apparent sonographic feature.
