摘  要:消费的总需求引导生产的总供给,这是市场经济理想的运行状态,需求不旺就会抑制生产供给。经济学的有效需求理论虽然不能直接套用在高校就业工作上,但也可以给我们一种启示:高校就业队伍建设的"瓶颈"在于就业指导的需求不足。大学生就业与高校发展的利益关联度低,使得就业指导队伍的发展难以得到组织的关怀;高校就业指导政策"软着陆",缺乏就业问责机制,使得就业指导队伍的建设缺少持续发展的行政引领。因此,必须从经济效益与社会效益的战略高度理解并促进高校就业指导队伍建设。The aggregate demand of consumption guides the aggregate supply of production, which is the ideal operating state of market economy. Sluggish demand will suppress the production supply. Though unable to be directly applied in work relating to employment in colleges and universities, the effective demand theory in economics also enlightens us that the "bottleneck" for building the employment team in colleges and universities lies in the insufficient demand of vocational counsel. The low correlation between college students' employment and the benefits of colleges and universities is hard to get the care of the party organization. The policy of vocational counsel in colleges and universities has a soft landing and it is short of employment accountability mechanism, causing the construction of vocational counsel team runs short of sustained administrative guidance. Hence we must understand and accelerate the construction of vocational counsel team from the strategic height of economic and social benefits.
