摘 要:用响应面法研究了温度、pH值、摇瓶装液量对好氧反硝化细菌N22′反硝化活性的影响,并拟合出了回归方程。利用SAS软件进行回归分析表明:pH值和摇瓶装液量对菌株N22′的反硝化作用效果有极显著影响。通过岭脊分析寻优得出:在摇床转速120r/min,接种量10%的条件下,菌株N22′发挥反硝化作用的最适温度28℃、pH6.7,250mL三角瓶最适装液量27mL。在此优化条件下,菌株N22′反硝化效率可以达到84.25%,比优化前反硝化效率71.87%提高了14.69%。The effects of temperature, pH value and medium volume on the denitrification activity of an aerobic denitrifying bacterial strain N22'were studied by response surface method, and a regression equation was built. The regression analysis was performed with SAS and the results showed that the effects of pH and medium volume on the denitrification activity of strain N22' were significant. In ridge regression analysis, it was showed that when the shaking speed was 120r/min and inoculum was 10%, the optimal denitrification conditions for N22' were: temperature 28~C, pH 6.9 and medium volume 27ml in 250ml flask. Under above conditions, the denitrification efficiency of N22' reached 84.25%, which was 14.69% higher than that before optimization (71.87%).
