摘 要:针对摩托车发动机齿轮箱上盖压铸工艺,设计了两分支浇道和多分支浇道结构的浇注系统。运用Anycasting软件对两种浇注方案的充型和凝固过程进行了模拟,分析了铸件充型过程中产生的裹挟气体、致密性不好的缺陷。模拟结果显示,多分支浇注系统能够保证致密性的要求和模具温度的平衡。同时采用镶嵌式锁紧滑块结构进行了压铸模具设计。在压铸生产调试后,铸件气密性试验合格率达到95%。Aiming at the die casting process of up-shelter for motorcycle engine gearbox, two-branch gating systems and multi-branch gating systems were designed. The filling mould and solidification process of two gating schemes were simulated with finite element Anycasting software. The defects of the coerced gas and bad density in the filling mould were analyzed. The simulation results show that multi-branch casting system can ensure the requirements of the compactness and the balance of mold temperature. The die casting mould was designed with the mosaic locking slider structure. After die casting production debugging, the qualified rate of the casting on air tightness test reaches by 95%.
