腹茧症的临床特点及CT诊断(附6例分析)

摘　　要：目的探讨腹茧症的临床特点及CT表现,提高CT对腹茧症的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析6例经手术后病理证实的腹茧症的CT及临床表现。结果腹茧症多以不同形式的肠梗阻为主要症状。CT检查可显示特异性征象:肠管聚集盘曲成团,排列呈外缘光滑的手风琴样或扭麻花样;肠间可见膜状间隔,其周可见茧样纤维膜包裹以及肠梗阻。结论腹茧症的CT表现有一定的特征。结合临床,大多数病例可在术前得到正确的诊断。Objective To make a further understanging of clinical manifestations and CT diagnosis of abdominal cocoon.Methods The CT imanging appearances of 6 cases of abdominal cocoon confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively studied.Results Intestinal obstruction of different types was the main clinical manifestation.CT images revealed some characteristic findings;Conglomeration of multiple small bowel loops and line septa could be found,showing ＂cauliflower sign＂ or ＂concertina pattern＂.The intestinal loops seemed to be encapsulatated in a membranelike sac.4 cases of them dipalayed that the small bowel expanded with a large amount of gas and fluid.Conclusion There are some characteristic findings on CT imaging features of abdominal coon.It is possible to diagnose most of the cases before surgery.
