摘　　要：品质指标由医疗技术与质量、医疗服务与安全、医疗服务的公益性和及时性组成,可操作性研究是对医院品质指标检查方法的探索。依据《浙江省综合医院等级评审标准(2010版)》及评审手册,结合实际评审中的检查过程和结果,对病人获得医疗服务的满意程度进行直接评价,探讨医院评审中品质指标的设置和操作方法,以建立和完善医院等级评审评价体系。Quality indictors are composed of medieal skill and quality, medical service provision and safely, the public welfare and timeliness of medical service. The research nu practicalities is the exploration on the methods of hospital quality indiclnrs construction and implementation. According to Zhejiang provincial general hospital accreditation standards （2010） and review manual and combining with the process anti results in the actual assessment and a direct evahation on the patient access In medical service satisfaetinn, hospital quality indictors construction and implenlentation methods are diseltssed to establish and imprnve hospital accreditation system.
