摘  要:近年来,我国商业银行股份制改革不断深入,建立能够全面考核员工工作业绩,有效促进战略发展目标的实现,提升核心竞争力的绩效考核机制,已经成为各家商业银行完善公司治理结构建设的核心课题之一。目前,随着各家商业银行不断推进机构扁平化管理,加强对各业务条线的量化考核,绩效考核机制也正处于不断改进和完善的过程之中。建立科学合理有效的绩效考核机制,有助于商业银行引导员工的行为方向与银行战略目标保持一致,提高内部管理水平,提高员工的工作效率,推进人才的培育和成长。In recent years,China's commercial banks reform has been deepen,it has become the core issues of corporate governance structure construction for commercial banks to estalish the comprehensice assessment of employee performance.Currently,commercial banks continue to promote organizational ? attening management,strengthen the quantitative assessment of all business lines,performance appraisal mechanism is in the process of continuous improvement and perfection.To Establish a scientific and reasonable and effective performance appraisal mechanism helps commercial banks to guide the direction of the employee's behavior to be consistent with the bank's strategic objectives,improve internal management,to improve the efficiency of the staff,to promote the cultivation of talent and grow.
