库拉索芦荟的特性研究(英文)

摘　　要：目的通过比较库拉索芦荟、华芦荟、木立芦荟、不夜城芦荟、海虎兰等几种常见芦荟的实物特征、液相色谱图特征和表皮组织微观形态特征,找到它们的异同点,从而将库拉索芦荟区分开来。方法用数码相机拍摄芦荟实物照片;用液相色谱仪在相同条件下制作芦荟80%乙醇提取物的液相色谱图;取芦荟表皮组织,经适当处理后,用扫描电镜仪拍摄表皮组织的微观结构。结果从实物特征来看,库拉索芦荟外观形态与其他几种芦荟相比,特点鲜明,差别显著;从芦荟的色谱图上看,库拉索芦荟的特征仅与木立芦荟的相似,与其他几种芦荟相差较远,较易区分;从扫描电镜图片来看,库拉索芦荟表皮组织微观形态仅与华芦荟相近,但仍能区别开来,与其他几种芦荟的差别较大,区别明显。结论利用实物特征可以区分这几种芦荟植株活体,利用扫描电镜图片特征可以区分芦荟离体叶片鲜品,用液相色谱图特征基本可以区分这几种芦荟的粉碎物。将这三种特征结合起来,任何情况下都能将库拉索芦荟与木立芦荟、华芦荟、不夜城芦荟、海虎兰区分开来。Objective By comparing the outward features,liquid chromatograms,and scanning electron microscope(SEM)photographs of several common Aloes,including Aloe vera L.,Aloe vera L.var.chinensis(Haw.)Berg,Aloe arborescens,Aloenobilis and Aloe×delaetii,we found their differences and distinguished Aloe Vera L.from others.Methods First,using the digital camera to take photographs of these Aloes.Then,using liquid chromatography to make liquid chromatograms of 80% alcohol extraction of Aloes in the same condition.Third,taking the epidermal tissue of the Aloes and after proper treatment,using the scanning electron microscope to scan the microscopic structure of tissue.Results In terms of the outward features,Aloe vera L.had marked features compared with others.In term of liquid chromatograms,the characteristics of the Aloe Aera L.were similar to the Aloe arborescens',but far from other kinds of Aloe,which was distinguishable from others.In term of SEM photographs,the epidermal tissue photo of Aloe Vera L.was just similar to Aloe vera L.var.chinensis(Haw.)Berg,but still able to be distinguished.For other kinds of Aloe,the differences were obvious.Conclusion By the outward features,we could identify the plants.By the SEM photographs,we could identify the fresh Aloe leaves.By the liquid chromatograms,we could identify smash Aloe.Combining the three methods,we could completely distinguish Aloe Vera L.from Aloe Vera L.var.chinensis(Haw.)Berg,Aloe arborescens,Aloenobilis and Aloe×delaetii.
