连云港市物流公共实训基地运行机制研究

摘　　要：在连云港市物流产业快速发展和物流人才紧缺的背景下,连云港市人社局投资建设了连云港市物流公共实训基地。文章提出建立以"政府为主导、企业为主体、院校为基础"三位一体的基地运行机制,使校政企三方受益,实现基地的可持续发展。Under the background of rapid development of the logistics industry in Lianyungang as well as talent shortage, Lianyungang Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security invested in the logistics base for the public training. The paper proposes the government - led, enterprise - dominant and college - based trinity running mechanism for the benefit of school - enterprise - government so as to realize sustainable development of the base.
