摘 要:针对中国石油长庆油田公司榆林天然气处理厂丙烷压缩循环制冷系统高能耗、低能效的运行现状,为有效提高运行效率、降低能耗,在确保不影响压缩机性能和天然气处理量的前提下,利用HYSYS软件对处理天然气所需的制冷量进行了模拟核算,确定了压缩机的实际制冷功率,通过降低转速提高电机负载率来实施节能改造。节能改造实施后,对制冷系统的能效、工艺运行参数及节能情况等进行了综合分析评价,结果显示:①COP值增大,压缩机平均效率提升35%~40%,工艺运行参数完全满足生产要求,整个丙烷制冷系统运行更加协调,制冷系统年可节电约200×104 kW.h;②稳定负荷状态下,由于压缩机的转速降低,其运行噪声明显降低,工作环境明显改善;③由于电机启动条件改善,压缩机转速降低,轴承振动、磨损减小,保养间隔将适当延长。This paper aims to study how to improve the efficiency and reduce the energy consumption of the propane refrigeration system in the Yulin Natural Gas Processing Plant, Changqing Gas Field, operated by PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company. To make sure no any impact on the performance of the compressor and the processed gas capacity, we adopted the HYSYS software to simu- late and calculate the required cooling capacity of natural gas processing. Thus, the actual cooling power of the compressor was de- termined and the motor load rate was improved by reducing its rotating speed. Subsequently, an integrated analysis and an evaluation test were made on the efficiency, operating parameters and energy saving effect. The following results were achieved. (1) The aver- age efficiency of the CNG compressor with a higher coefficiency of performance (COP) was improved by 35 % - 40o//00, the operating parameters all met the production need, and the annual electricity was saved about 2000 thousand kW ~ h for this modified and moire coordinated propane refrigeration system. (2) Under a steady working load, the despinning of the compressor leaded to its noise re- duction, with which the working environment was highly improved. (3) Because the motor starting system was improved, both the rotating speed of the compressor and its bearing wear and vibration are reduced and its maintenance service interval was thus prolonged as a result.
