摘　　要：分析了液晶显示器承载托盘的结构,设计了液晶显示器承载托盘热流道注塑模。详细介绍了热流道注塑模的浇注系统结构设计、热流道板结构设计及加热功率计算、热流道板的热膨胀及对策。生产实践证明,该模具结构设计合理,有效地解决了塑件成型时可能出现的质量问题,为同类结构特点的注塑模设计提供了参考。The structure of LCD monitor bearing tray was analyzed tray was designed. The gating system structure design and hot runner and the hot runner injection mold of LCD monitor bearing plate structure design of the hot runner injection mold, the calculation of hot runner plate heating power, hot runner plate expansion and countermeasures were introduced detailly. The production practice prove that the mold structure design is reasonable and the hot runner injection mold effectively solves the quality problems which may appear in the injection molding process. It can provide reference for the design of injection mold with similar structure characteristics.
