摘  要:为了提高修井机液压盘式刹车操纵稳定性,减少对起升系统的冲击载荷,在液压盘式刹车系统中引入ABS控制模式,设计了滑模变结构控制与实时参数整定PID控制相结合的控制方法。利用机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS和控制系统仿真软件Simulink构建机电联合仿真模型,并对制动控制系统进行机电联合仿真。仿真结果表明,当系统实施ABS控制策略时,可以降低制动系统的角加速度,从而降低起升系统在制动过程中的动载荷,减小对井架等机械结构的冲击。To improve the operating stability of the hydraulic disc brake of workover rig and reduce the impact load of the hoisting system, the ABS control mode was introduced into the hydraulic disc brake system. The control method which combines sliding mode variable structure control and real-time parametric setting PID control was designed. The mechanical system dynamic simulation software ADAMS and the control system simulation software Simulink were used to establish the electromechanical co-simulation model. The simulation of the brake control system was then conducted. The simulation result shows that when the system implements the ABS control strategy, the angular acceleration of the brake system can be reduced. As a result the dynamic load of the hoisting system in the process of braking can be decreased and the impact on the mechanical structures such as derrick can be reduced.
