Optimization of Microwave Extraction Technology of Polysaccharides from Pine Needles of Pinus massoniana Lamb by Orthogonal Experiment Design

摘  要:研究微波法提取马尾松松针多糖的最佳工艺条件。先通过单因素试验考察微波功率、微波时间、料液比以及提取次数对松针多糖得率的影响;再通过正交试验确定提取松针多糖的最佳条件。结果表明,浸提次数是主要影响因素,其次是微波功率和料液比,微波时间对多糖得率影响较小。最佳提取条件为:微波功率800 W,微波时间150 s,料液质量体积比1:30(g/mL),浸提次数2次。此条件下松针多糖得率达3.92%。此法操作便捷、条件温和,易于工业化生产。The optimal extraction technology of polysaccharides from pine needles of Pinus massoniana Lamb was studied by microwave method. The effect of the microwave power, the microwave extraction time, the ratio of solid to liquid and the extraction times on the yield of pine needles polysaccharides were studied by single factor experiments. Then, the optimal processing conditions of pine needles polysaccharides were obtained by the orthogonal experiments. The result showed that the extraction times was the most significant factor, followed by the microwave power and the solid-liquid ratio, and the extraction time had less effect on the yield of polysaccharides. The optimal conditions were extracted twice with solid-liquid ratio 1 : 30 (g/mL) for 150 s with microwave power of 800 W. Under these conditions, the yield of polysaccharides was 3.92%. This method was easy operation, under mild conditions and might be used for industrial production.
