ALLERG-O-LIQ系统检测TIgE和sIgE对过敏性疾病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:通过2797例患者标本血清TIgE(总IgE)和sIgE(特异性IgE)检测结果,评价ALLERG-O-LIQ过敏原检测系统对以上两检测项目的符合性及其对临床过敏性疾病的诊断价值。方法:运用酶联免疫捕获法对我院近三年过敏性反应疾病患者2797例血清标本进行TIgE和sIgE检测。结果:1683例(60.04%)TIgE升高的患者中,至少有一项sIgE为阳性者83.90%;患者TIgE正常,年龄越小的患者,出现含至少一项sIgE为阳性的比例越高;<3岁、3～6岁的TIgE升高和TIgE正常的患者,sIgE阳性的过敏原种类和前三位排序都是牛奶(F2)、鸡蛋黄/蛋白(F252)和屋尘(H2),6～20岁、>20岁的TIgE升高和TIgE正常的患者,sIgE阳性的过敏原种类和前三位排序都是屋尘(H2)、屋尘螨(D1)和粉尘螨(D2)。结论:ALLERG-O-LIQ过敏原系统对检测TIgE和sIgE两指标,结果具良好符合性,对过敏性疾病具良好诊断价值。Objectives To evaluate ALLERG-O-LIQ allergen detection system＇s consistency between the TIgE and sIgE and its value to clinical allergic diseases diagnose through the test results of 2797 patients＇ specimens. Methods To detect TIgE and sIgE of 2797 allergic patients in our hospital in the last 3 years using enzyme-linked immune sorbent capture method. Results 83.90% of 1683 patients （60.04%） with elevated TIgE have at least one positive sIgE. Under normal TIgE, the younger patients, the higher proportion containing at least one positive sIgE. The first 3 allergen detected as positive sIgE from patients with elevated TIgE and normal TIgE are milk （F2）, eggs （F252）, house dust （H2） in age group 〈 3 years old and 3-6 years old, and house dust （H2）, house dust mite （D 1 ）, dust mite （D2） in age group 6-20 and 〉 20. Conclusions ALLERG-O-LIQ has good compliance with TIgE and sIRE and good diaznostic value to allergic diseases.
