摘　　要：人性是一切哲学问题的出发点和根基。马克思以事实判断为主又兼顾价值判断、在普遍性和特殊性辩证统一的理论视角下对人性进行了考察,从人的属性来阐明人性在表现形态上所具有的不同样态,是具有科学性的人性思想;现代性、全球化进程及制度化的社会结构和社会运行模式演变的结果,既是现实的人类集合体共同创造的智慧结晶,也是对人性底线的挑战,贯穿其中的是人的异化问题;从人类解放的高度和深度,寻求全人类的利益汇合点,厘清制度规范与人性自由之间的张力关系,以制度规范的弹性及其人性对制度的向导性破除精神思维的异化倾向,是人性走向解放的成功之路。Liu Tongfang 1 Human nature is the starting point and foundation of all philosophical problems.From the dialectical unified theory of universality and particularity perspective,Marx investigated the human nature,mainly based on factual judgment while giving attention to value judgment,to elucidate different forms of displaying humanity in human property,and his thought is a scientific thought of human nature.The result of modernity,globalization process,social structure institutionalization,and its operational mode which was created by realistic human aggregate,is a challenge to the bottom line of human as well.The problem of alienation runs through it.From the height and depth of human liberation,we should seek converging interests of all mankind,clarify the relationship between system criterion and humanity freedom,for the spiritual alienation tendency can be got rid of by the elasticity of system criterion and the guide of the humanity to system.All this is a successful road to human liberation.
