摘 要:研究火炮的击发机速度控制优化问题,击发机构中击针能否把底火撞击后引燃底火药是影响整个炮弹发射速度的关键因素,但成功与否取决于碰撞中能量的损失。针对击发机构中击针式变为击锤式的条件,未能击发底火的问题,提出建立击针式,击锤式两种击发机构的模型,分别对撞击过程的能量进行了理论分析。对击锤式碰撞过程中质心偏移的问题进行了分析。对这两种结构的能量损失程度,速度历程,等效应力情况进行对比分析。结果为工程应用方面打下基础,具有一定的参考价值。Whether the firing pin in the firing mechanism can successfully ignite the primer or not is one of the key factors that affect the entire artillery shells fired. And the success depends on the collision energy loss. To blow needle change into hammer of the firing mechanism failed firing bottom fire problem, this paper set up two kinds of firing structure models respectively, and tested simulation of the energy in the process of eollision hit. Two kinds of structures of the energy loss rate, speed course, equivalent stress were analysed and compared. The offset of the center of mass in the collision process was analysed. Simulation study on the success rate of the firing pin collision ignited the primer gives an experimental basis, lays a foundation for engineering applications with a certain reference value.
