摘　　要：为了成为高素质的编辑人才,青年编辑应该长期坚持不懈地进行自我修炼。文章从查缺补漏,全面加强编辑学、著作权等相关知识的补充;与时代接轨,及时更新专业知识和数字化编辑技能;在总结中提高,善于总结专家审稿意见,尝试撰写编辑学论文3个方面阐述青年编辑职业素养的自我修炼之路。In order to become high-quality editorial talents, young editors should insist on self-cultivation. The way of self-cuhivation of professional attainment includes three respects ： the full complement of editing knowledge and copyright related knowledge, continuously update professional knowledge and digital editing skills, make a summary of reviewers＇ comments and try to write editorial articles.
