摘　　要：创业学习是新创企业成长的重要手段。尽管创业网络蕴含了大量可供新创企业学习的知识资源,然而少有研究对创业网络、创业学习与新创企业成长绩效之间的作用机制进行探索。本文整合社会资本理论与组织学习理论,构建了创业网络、创业学习与新创企业成长绩效关系的理论模型,并通过层次回归模型和结构方程模型对理论假设进行了实证检验。结果表明,探索式学习与利用式学习对成长绩效有正向影响;正式网络与非正式网络对成长绩效有正向影响;创业学习对创业网络与成长绩效之间的关系起中介作用。研究结论对社会资本理论与组织双元理论有重要贡献,对挖掘创业网络的学习价值并实现新创企业双元发展有重要启示。Entrepreneurial learning is a vital approach for new venture to get growth. There is a lot of valuable knowledge based resources in the entrepreneurial network for those ventures to learn. The existing literature, however, pays little attention to the complex relationship among the three variables. Integrating social capital theory and organizational learning theory, we make a theoretical framework on the entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial network and new venture＇s growth performance, and testify our theoretical hypothesis by using both hierarchy regression model and structural equation model methods. The empirical result reveals that both the explorative and exploitative learning have positive effects to the new venture＇s growth; both the formal and informal entrepreneurial network have positive effects to the new venture＇s growth; the entrepreneurial learning plays a mediating role in the relationship between the entrepreneurial network and the new venture＇s growth. The paper contributes to the social capital theory and the ambidexterity theory by examining the relationships among the three variables, and has great implications for new ventures to learn more efficiently from the entrepreneurial network, and achieve the ambidextrous development.
