摘  要:采用拉延筋模拟试验机测试了板材厚度对摩擦系数测量值的影响,并提出了摩擦系数的修正方法。试验结果表明,板材厚度将使固定拉延筋试样在成形过程中承受不同的变形力,进而影响到最终的摩擦系数值。利用拉延筋模拟试验机进行摩擦系数的测定应该剔除该部分变形力的影响,并且指出相近厚度板材之间的摩擦系数比较更具有现实意义。Depending on the Draw Bead Simulator (DBS) tester, the influence of auto-sheet's thickness on the frictional coefficient measurement was analyzed. The modified method to the formula was also suggested. The experimental re- sult shows that the auto-sheet's thickness makes the fixed draw bead specimens undertake different deforming force during forming process which influences the final coefficient of friction. It is better to remove such deforming force to test the coefficient of friction using DBS tester, and the comparison of the coefficient of friction between similar thick- ness sheets is more realistic in practice.
