不同比例的黑木耳菌糠提取液对五种蘑菇菌丝生长的影响

摘　　要：采用平板培养法,研究了添加不同比例黑木耳菌糠提取液的PDA培养基对平菇、秀珍菇、榆黄蘑、鸡腿菇、杏鲍菇菌丝生长的化感作用。结果表明:适量的黑木耳菌糠提取液对平菇和榆黄蘑菌丝生长具有一定的促进作用,对秀珍菇、鸡腿菇和杏鲍菇的菌丝生长具有一定的抑制作用;其中加入20%菌糠提取液的培养基对榆黄蘑菌丝生长有显著的促进作用,加入60%菌糠提取液的培养基对平菇菌丝生长有显著的促进作用;其它添加比例的菌糠提取液,对平菇、秀珍菇、榆黄蘑、鸡腿菇、杏鲍菇的菌丝生长有抑制作用或无明显的化感作用。Allelopathy effects of adding different proportion of aquatic extraction solution from waste material of Auricularia auricula on the mycelium growth of five edible fungi were conducted using plate method.The results showed that the appropriate aquatic extraction solution from waste material of Auricularia auricular was benefit for the mycelium growth of Pleurotus citrinopieatus Sing and Pleurbtus ostreatus,but it could inhabit the mycelium growth of Pleurotus geesteranus,Coprinus comaus and Pleurotus eryngii;the mycelium growth of Pleurotus citrinopieatus Sing increased markedly in PDA culture medium which contained 20% aquatic extraction solution from waste material of Auricularia auricula.The mycelium growth of Pleurbtus ostreatus increased obviously in PDA culture medium which contained 60% above extraction solution;the mycelium growth of Pleurbtus ostreatus,Pleurotus geesteranus,Pleurotus citrinopieatus Sing,Coprinus comaus and Pleurotus eryngii were inhibited in other experimental treatments.
