摘 要:腊梅花是有待开发的重要资源,可作为景观设计、切花和香料原料。该文在介绍腊梅种类和分布的基础上,综述了国内外对腊梅花精油提取的水蒸汽蒸馏法、溶剂萃取法、同时蒸馏萃取法、固相微萃取、超临界CO2流体萃取和微波辅助萃取等方法;并将不同提取方法所得精油的主要成分进行了比较;以期结合当前腊梅花研究进展为腊梅花精油的应用提供参考。Calycanthaceae flower is an important potential resource as raw material for landscape design,cut flowers and perfume.Based on a introduction of species and distribution of Calycanthaceae,various extraction methods of essential oil of Calycanthaceae flower at home and abroad were summarized,such as Steam distillation,Solvent extraction,Simultaneous distillation and extraction,Solid phase micro-extraction,Super critical CO2 fluid extraction and Microwave-assisted extraction.The main constituents of essential oils from different extraction methods were compared in charts to offer reference for the application to the essential oil of Calycanthaceae flower.
